Chidi is responsible for leading mission-critical digital transformation initiatives targeting operational excellence, organic growth, and customer success. Chidi’s technology leadership experience spans national service companies across diverse industries, including retail, financial services, and healthcare. Prior to joining Just Born, Chidi served as CIO and member of the turn-around management team at Team Car Care, dba Jiffy Lube, the largest franchisee of quick lube retail service stores in the country, operating more than 550 Jiffy Lube locations from coast to coast.
