Kalindi Mehta is an experienced Insights and Analytics professional, a strategic advisor, thought leader and people manager with a pioneering attitude and passionate advocacy for data driven consumer centricity. She has 20 years of experience across multi geographies. She is seen as a global business, strategy and innovation leader as well as an expert in people & cultural understanding. She has led the transformation of insights functions to be more future focussed, data driven and agile.
She currently is the VP, Consumer Foresight and Predictive Analytics at The Estee Lauder Companies. Her role entails driving the transformation of the Insights capabilities to win in this digital world. She drives and leads building on capabilities on trends, consumer insights that drive innovation, consumer centric approach to managing portfolio of 25+ beauty brands and predicting opportunities to drive growth in the fast evolving and dynamic beauty Industry.
Her past experience is largely with Colgate Palmolive in leading roles in Insights and Analytics in North America, Asia Pacific, Philippines, India as well as at a Global Corporate team.
At Colgate she pioneered new analytics capabilities, helped drive various brand and innovation strategies, built data driven human and culture insighting capabilities, agile insights and analytics and elevation of the market mix & pricing program.
Kalindi completed her education in India - with a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and Mathematics and an MBA focussed on International Marketing. She is trained in Design Thinking Catalyst (Stanford Design School Program), Behavioral Science expert (Yale Bsci Immersion) and Agile way of working coach. She has completed the Global Leadership Executive Program Tuck School of Business in 2019. She is currently part of the Harvard Business School Analytics leadership program.
